I am Matt Van Osch, licensed marriage and family therapist. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, groups, and couples using a variety of evidence-based practices. I have worked in a diverse range of community and academic settings.
How I Help:
My therapeutic approach involves providing a safe space for my clients to express their feelings and share their experiences. My style is both collaborative and tailored to the individual needs of each person I work with. I can help by providing tools and strategies for managing mental health, but I also believe in the healing nature of the therapeutic relationship, in and of itself. I am passionate about helping my clients develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and values. And then, turning those insights into action.
