Hello! I am Ellen, associate marriage and family therapist at Mind-Body Care. I received my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Richmond in Virginia and my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. I have experience working with relationship and communication support, anxiety, depression,self- esteem, and stress management. My focus of practice is working with couples, individuals, and adolescents.

How I Help
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach; that is why I incorporate multiple evidence-based treatment methods for an integrative approach in therapy to create a treatment plan that will best fit for my clients. I support individuals and couples by bringing compassion, authenticity, and open-mindedness to create a safe space where you feel heard and understood. By becoming more mindful of your true self, we can learn how emotions, behaviors, and thoughts affect your life. My mission as a therapist is to bring fulfillment and meaningful change to your life and relationships.
