HOW I HELP
I firmly believe that each of us has the potential to grow and change. My approach is to partner with you to identify the issues that are creating barriers to living a life that is consistent with your values and goals. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and supportive space to explore these issues, identify patterns that no longer work and help you develop new possibilities. Together, we will explore the behaviors, emotions and thoughts that are getting in the way. I will help you recognize and build on your strengths, and work with you to develop skills to manage stress and the inevitable “bumps in the road” that each of us encounter.
